About Kim
Kim Furniss served a six-year apprenticeship with Westerley Boats, Rock (now Cornish Crabbers) and has been a self-employed boat builder for the last twenty-five years.
He has a considerable reputation for specialising in GRP boat repairs, mould work and classic wooden boat restoration. Kim started sailing at the age of 9 and spent many years sailing Dart 18s, competing on the circuit across England and Europe, resulting in becoming World Champion in 1992. |
